After many Covid-related delays, Woodrow fall sports are back. 

With limited fundraising opportunities and cancellation of our 2019 Tim Brown Golf Tournament due to Covid restrictions, the Woodrow athletics program needs your support now more than ever.

I am writing to request that you renew your football game program sponsorship at the same level as 2019 or consider sponsoring at a higher donation level.  If you have not advertised in the program before, I hope you will consider doing so this season.  With a variety of sponsorship levels, I'm confident there is a choice within your contribution means.  Additionally, if you know of other business associates or family friends to call upon please forward the attached information as you deem appropriate.

 

URGENT - because of the uncertainty regarding whether Woodrow football would be able to play this fall, we were not able to commit to providing a game program until this week.  Given that Woodrow's first game is scheduled for October 2 against Wilmer Hutchins, the quick timing of submitting sponsorship ads is important.  To ensure your ad is included in the first game program, please have your information submitted by Sunday, September 27.  If you are unable to submit information by that date, please know we will accept information after that date and include your ad in all subsequent game programs (the first home game is scheduled for Friday, October 16th).
