Woodrow Wilson High School Wildcat News
November 9, 2020
MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL MORAN

Wildcat Families:

This week marks the beginning of the second grading period. Report Cards will be available Tuesday, November 17. Remember that in order to earn a credit, students must earn a passing grade and be in attendance at least 90% of the time the course meets. If students are unable to follow their assigned schedule for attendance and assignment completion, this requires a waiver to be completed and reviewed by the grade level administrator and counselor. The waiver is available on Woodrow's DISD website. Their approved waiver is required for an alternative learning plan. Thank you for partnering with us to make Woodrow the exemplary school for teaching and learning.

Class 2021 Information

Parents and students: We need your assistance completing the Dallas County Promise. While we know each of you has a different plan for continuing your education after high school, completing the Dallas County Promise steps will make sure this remains an option. Participating also will set your student up for important reminders and helps the school on this district-wide iinitiative. Our current completion percentage ranks behind Skyline, Bryan Adams, Hillcrest, and Townview.

Visit the Dallas County Promise website to read more and complete the requirements. Please reach out to your counselor or Ms. Baz (lbaz@aspdallas.org) with questions.
