Makeup tests for the Fall ACPs will be held: 

Tuesday, January 17th in the Library from 4:35 p.m. to 6:35 p.m. 

Wednesday, January 18th in the Library from 4:35 p.m. to 6:35 p.m.

Students will need a district-issued device to take the exam.

Students can only take one test per day. 

Students should report to the Library immediately following dismissal (no later than 4:35 p.m.)

Student Release

Students are expected to stay at school from the time they arrive until the end of the school day at 4:30 p.m.

If a student has to leave early, a parent/guardian must come to the main entrance and sign out at the Attendance Office, present the proper identification, and check the student out of school.

Pickup Times 

10:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

If your student has an appointment or needs to leave early be sure to arrive before 3:45 p.m., pickups after 3:45 p.m. will have to wait till the school bell rings at 4:30 p.m.

If you designate a person to pick up your child, the designee must present a picture ID and must be listed on your child’s contact information.

Join us for the Sweethearts Audition Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17th in the Auditorium. 

Auditions for Line 67 will be held the week of February 6 - 10. Auditions are open for incoming Freshmen through rising Seniors.

The Woodrow Wilson D&U League Robotics Tournament  

January 27th to 28th

 This will be the FIRST tournament hosted in over two years! Woodrow will host 36 teams (approx. 400 participants), but it can only be done with volunteers! 

 Thank you in advance for your generosity in investing your time and energy and talents with us! Apologies for the multiple sign-up requirements needed to conduct this youth event in accordance with all the guidelines of the organizers and hosts.

The Spirit Shop is open outside the Big Gym from 7:30 to 9:05 a.m. every Thursday morning. There is a staff member posted at the glass doors by the Big Gym to let people in who want to shop or pick up orders.

VOLUNTEER

Pick up bags of supplemental food and meal items in Room 1103 (The Peace Pantry) after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (4:30 to 5:00 p.m.). 

No paperwork is needed.
