WELCOME HOME WOODROW FAMILY!

Dear Woodrow Wilson Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you well and excited for the new school year! I am thrilled to welcome back our returning Wildcats and would like to welcome our new Wildcat families!

Our PTA has been hard at work over the Summer planning back-to-school activities for teachers and students. The Woodrow staff, led by Principal Mrs. Barnett, returned to the campus this week and were shown all the love by our amazing Staff Appreciation team! On Monday, our new teachers enjoyed a welcome breakfast, and all returning staff enjoyed breakfast with lattes on Thursday and feasted on a Cajun lunch today to kick off the theme for this school year, "Let the Good Times Roll!"

The Homecoming Committee has worked over the Summer planning our Homecoming festivities for the year. Several of our students come from a long line of Woodrow Legacies. That is essentially the thought behind this year's Homecoming tagline, "This is Home...Legacies Start Here." Check out the Homecomingpage on the PTA website to find out more!

Registration for all grades is next week! If you haven't done so already, please go online andenroll your student(s) for the 2023-2024 school year. Only students that have been enrolled will be able to pick up schedules, take their photo for their new school ID and receive their school issued device. Onsite registration will also be available, but please bring all required documents in order to complete the registration process in person.

We have a lot of updates in this Back to School Edition of Wildcat E-News, so please make sure you scroll to the end!

Thank you!
