Summer Strength and Conditioning
Summer Strength and Conditioning is right around the corner! Our kids being committed over the Summer to preparing their minds and bodies for the year is vital to the success of all of our programs. We will discuss this more in the coming months but the most important thing we can do is be committed to being present and making it a priority. We will have the absolute best Strength Coordinator in Texas leading our programming and structure to get our kids prepared to go win championships in 2022-23! Off Week of July 4th
The plan will be a 4 day a week structure. Times as follow:
Monday: HS Boys 8-9:30, HS Girls 9:30-11, MS Boys & Girls 11-12:30
Tuesday: HS Boys 8-9, HS Girls 9-10, MS Boys & Girls 10-11
Wednesday: HS Boys 8-9, HS Girls 9-10, MS Boys & Girls 10-11
Thursday: HS Boys 8-9, HS Girls 9-10, MS Boys & Girls 10-11
