The best way for Woodrow students and families to stay informed is to sign up to receive e-mail and text notifications from both the PTA and School Administration.
By registering on our PTA website, you will automatically receive the Wildcat E-Newsletter. For every student you register on our site, you receive grade-specific correspondence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Entering the Building: The building will open daily for athletes at 7:00 a.m. and students at 8:40 a.m. Freshmen enter through the front right doors. Sophomores enter on the building's east side next to the practice field. Juniors, Seniors, and Late Arrivals enter the building through the entrance on Wildcat Way. Locations can be found here.
Supplies: Clear and Mesh Backpacks are required. Please have a pen, paper, and a binder for the first week until supply lists are assigned.
Lunches: Students may bring lunch or food is provided in the Cafeteria. Lunch boxes do not have to be clear. Microwaves are available for student use.
Uniforms: Please view the 2025-2026 Woodrow Dress Code.
ID Badges: All students will be assigned badges and must wear them at all times on campus.
Cell Phones: Please view our Cell Phone Policy.
Attendance: A written absence excuse must be submitted to the Attendance Office for every class or day that is missed. Click HERE for instructions on submitting an excuse note.
Contacting teachers, counselors, staff, and principals: E-mails for each of your student's teachers can be found in PowerSchool. You may also call the main office at 972-502-4400, and they will guide you on the best way to reach the person you are needing.
PowerSchool: Parents and students can use PowerSchool to track grades and absences. Please contact the main office if you need to set up a PowerSchool account.
Parking: Please view the 2025-2026 Parking Guidelines. Senior students may purchase a parking space in the Senior parking lot. Parents, non-seniors, and visitors are not allowed to park in the Senior Parking Lot as these spaces are assigned. Visitors and students are not allowed to park in the teacher parking lots as the spaces are all assigned. YOU WILL BE TOWED!
