Returning Students for the 2025-2026 School Year

A student that is returning to Woodrow Wilson High School for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

Registration is required to ensure each student's file contains current information.

Start the enrollment process for the 2025-2026 school year by going to https://choose.dallasisd.org/login

Required enrollment documents for RETURNING students are: 

· Parent ID (ID, DL, Passport) 

· Proof of Residency (lease, water, electric, gas) 

· Immunization Records (if any updates) 

· Incoming 9th Graders - Proof of Promotion 

· Any legal documentation the campus needs to have on file

New Students for the 2025-2026 School Year

A student that has NOT previously attended Woodrow Wilson High School.

 Start the enrollment process for the 2025-2026 school year by going to https://choose.dallasisd.org/login 

Required enrollment documents for NEW students are: 

· Parent ID (ID, DL, Passport) 

· Proof of Residency (lease, water, electric, gas) 

· Updated Immunization Records 

· Birth Certificate 

· Student’s Social Security card (if applicable) 

· Previous school records 

· Incoming 9th Graders - Proof of Promotion 

· Any legal documentation the campus needs to have on file
