2026 PTA Lifetime Membership Nomination

Texas PTA Lifetime Membership is one of the highest honors that can be presented to an individual for outstanding service to our school and students. Although PTA membership is not required for someone to be nominated, their service must coincide with the goals and purposes of the WWHS PTA. If someone has received this award previously and has been involved in PTAs for 10 years, then they can be nominated for the Extended Service Award.

Please be discerning when selecting your nominee. Our PTA's nomination committee will review all nominations. Honors will be awarded according to how well each nominee's service matches the goals and purposes of the WWHS PTA in our community and the broader area in which we live. How many are honored will be determined by the type of nominations received and corresponding budget considerations. Most years, honorees have included two parents and one faculty member. Those selected to be awarded will be honored at the PTA End of Year Banquet.

At the End-of-Year Banquet, a brief speech will spotlight each recipient. Public speaking is not for everyone, so if your nominee is awarded, you are welcome to suggest another speaker.
