SENIOR PARKING LOT SALES

Saturday, May 2nd at 9:00 a.m.

DAY OF SALE REQUIRED INFORMATION

In order to receive a parking spot, you must have the following at the time of sign-up:

- Spots are first-come, first-served, so set an alarm!

- All entries are time-stamped.

- All spaces will be sold on PTA Website. BE SURE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT with the student listed as graduating in the Class of 2027. Only the Class of 2027 will be able to view the form.

- Copy of student’s VALID driver’s license to upload. NO permits are allowed. Only a valid driver’s license is accepted on the day of purchase.

- Copy of auto insurance to upload (it does not need the student's name on it; however, it does have to have a parent/guardian).

- License plate number of the student's car.

- $75 payment, which will be made at the time of sale through the PTA Website.

- Senior parking permit application.

- Student must be on track to graduate in 2027 (this information will be verified by school administration).

- If a student is coming from another school, he/she must first be enrolled at Woodrow.

- The student will be contacted in the order received on May 2 to choose his/her parking spot.

- To reduce website lags, please only sign in with one account. If more than one spot is purchased, the Senior Activity Fund will thank you for your donation. No refunds will be provided.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Email artwork for approval to wwseniorparking@gmail.com on or before June 10. Email must include student name, email address, and cell phone number.

- Student will be contacted if any changes are needed.

- Students have two weekends to paint: July 26, 27, 28 and August 9, 10, 11 

- Students will be required to fill out a Parking Rules & Expectations form prior to the day of painting. This will be sent to the student at the provided email. 

RULES

Students must follow the following rules to maintain his/her parking spot:

- The permit can be revoked at any time.

- Spots cannot be transferred to other students.

- Only cars with permits are allowed in the parking lot.
